AUSTRALIAN METHOD Learn the techniques of delicate string work, crimping, ribbon insertion and icing lace on a rolled fondant covered cake. |
INTERMEDIATE CAKE DECORATING Learning to take more control of your piping, you will create a string work cake covered in rolled fondant, topped with a bouquet of assorted sugar flowers, as well as an introduction to flood work. |
INTRODUCTION TO CAKE DECORATING For the beginner. Learn the basics of Cake decorating. Instructions will include how to decorate cupcakes and birthday cakes, rolled fondant, piping flowers and writing on cakes. |
