ADVANCED TECHNIQUES and FLOODWORK

ADVANCED TECHNIQUES and FLOODWORK – In this advanced course the following will be taught: bas relief, edible ribbon insertion, suspended collar and bridgeless extension work for a 8” square cake.

Duration: Four, 3 hour classes. – one each week

Tools Required: Apron, pencil, scissors, 8″ palette knife, dish towels, paring knife, Tips #1S, #1,#3, 8″ piping bag, tacking pins, X-acto knife, ruler, small pizza cutter, brushes #1, #3, multi ribbon cutter plus supplies from Introduction, Intermediate Cake Decorating and Australian Method.

Prerequisite: Australian Method, Piping skills required.
