AUSTRALIAN METHOD

Part time class

AUSTRALIAN METHOD – Learn the techniques of delicate string work, crimping,
ribbon insertion and icing lace on a rolled fondant covered cake.

Duration: Four, 3 hour classes.

Tools Required: All materials, for the class are supplied unless otherwise stated.

Materials Included:

Royal icing, fondant, faux cake and board.

Tools Required:

Apron, pencil, scissor, tips #1, #2, #3, 8” palette knife, fondant
smoother, 8” piping bag, X-acto knife, paring knife and supplies from
Introduction and Intermediate Cake Decorating.
