INTRODUCTION TO CAKE DECORATING – For the beginner. Learn the basics of Cake decorating. Instructions will include how to decorate cupcakes and birthday cakes, rolled fondant, piping flowers and writing on cakes. Take home your own personally decorated Cake. All materials, for the class are supplied unless otherwise stated.

Duration: Four, 3 hour class. – one each week

Tools Required: Apron, pencil, scissors, 13 inch palette knife
