CAKE MASKING Take the frustration out of (smoothly) covering a soft cake with butter cream. In this class you will learn to fill, crumb coat and mask an 8″ cake. |
FUN WITH FONDANT Learn how to work with and cover a soft cake with rolled fondant. |
LETTERING and WRITING This practice workshop includes writing techniques using pressure piping; lettering using tappet alphabet cutter in rolled fondant and hints and tips to help enhance your cake writing skills. |
RIBBONS and BOWS WORKSHOP This practice workshop includes learning various techniques for creating ribbons and bows. |
ROSES Learn the technique of making roses with royal icing, marzipan and chocolate paste. |
ROYAL ICING FLOWERS 1 and 2 A fun class to learn royal icing flowers: Mud Flower, Snap Dragon, Grapes, Water Lily, Bleeding Heart, Leaves, Lily of the Valley, Carnation, Dahlia, Pussy Willow, Hyacinth and Leaves. |
BLING IN A BOX Students will make beautiful edible costume jewellery to go along with there edible jewellery box. |
SNOWFLAKE FANTASY Create a tiered cake with 3D snowflakes and a winter wonderland scene. This unique cake is perfect for your Christmas center piece. |

In this class you will learn to ruffle a doll’s dress with different shades of coloured fondant (Ombre Effect).

COOKIE DECORATING “101″ PLUS During this 2 night class, students will learn the fundamentals of cookie decorating by learning about the different consistencies of royal icing. Students will also learn more advance techniques such as cookie painting, brush embroidery and stencilling. Student will take home all of their cookie works of art. |
OF COURSE … IT’S A CORSET! Learn how to cover an hour glass faux shaped cake. Decorating of this corset will involve ruffling, shaping, molding, applying sugar lace, accenting with edible metallic paints. Carving of a real cake will be demonstrated. Students with also play with edible sugar lace. |
FIT FOR A QUEEN Learn to make an exquisite edible tiara topper fit for any princess or queen. Students also learn to sculpt, mold, carve out a pillow shaped cake, and then decorate it with fondant. |
