FIT FOR A QUEEN

Part time class

FIT FOR A QUEEN – Learn to make an exquisite edible Tiara fit for any Princess or Queen. Students also learn to sculpt, mold, carve out a pillow shaped cake, and then decorate it with fondant.

Duration: Two, 3 hour classes

Prerequisite: McCall’s Introduction and Intermediate Cake Decorating or a working knowledge of piping and rolled fondant.

Tools Required: Fondant smoother, crimper (your choice), paring knife, small palette knife, Wilton baroque mold, 6″ or 12″ ruler, apron, dish towels.
