SNOWFLAKE FANTASY – Create a tiered cake with 3D snowflakes and a winter wonderland scene. This unique cake is perfect for your Christmas center piece

Duration: Two, 3 hour classes

Tools Required: Xacto knife, 3 sizes of snowflake cutters, rolling pin, and non-stick board. 8″ piping bag, Tips #1 and # 349, small palette knife, dish towels, paring knife and scissors. Optional: 3 sizes of Christmas tree cutters and 3 sizes of Snowman cutters.

Prerequisite: Intermediate Level or knowledge of Cake Decorating and rolled fondant
