Cake Decorating Classes
Cake decorating classes are designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to build your cake decorating journey forward. Each course covers a specific topic; rolled fondant, gum paste, sugar work or marzipan. It is not required, but suggested to take the courses in succession. All classes are hands-on and everything learned can easily be re-created at home. We suggest beginners start at the beginning. Those that are more experienced can take the courses in any order they wish. There is no time frame to follow. If you choose to take all of the courses, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Classes run on either week days, evenings or weekends. Please check our calendar for the scheduled dates. Each class has a maximum of 12 students. Tools, equipment, icings and supplies are included as listed.
