PURE CHOCOLATE WORKSHOP – You will learn how to temper, hollow mould, make chocolate curls and a variety of fillings. All materials, for classes supplied unless otherwise stated. Students take home the wonderful and delicious creations made in this workshop.

Duration: One, 3 hour class.
