CHOCOLATE DEMO – For the beginner. If you are thinking of making chocolates or are experiencing a few problems, then this is the demo for you. We will show you how to do hollow molding, make suckers, filled chocolates, answer your questions and more!

Duration: One, 2 hour demo

Tools Required: All materials, for the class are supplied unless otherwise stated.
