PROFESSIONAL CAKE DECORATING II – In this course students will further apply techniques of cake decorating using various medium. Perfect the covering of cakes with rolled fondant to give it a satin look. Gum paste flowers will be introduced to complement your ” 3 tier wedding cake. Flowers such as; (rose, calla lily, daisy, orchids and filler flowers) will be introduced. Create an Australian cake with intricate filigree and lace piping, finishing off with a delicate brush embroidery. Students receive a certificate of completion.
In all McCall’s PROFESSIONAL COURSES, the student will be shown practical and speedy techniques needed to meet the demands of a small restaurant, resort, caterer, bakery, chocolate and or cake shop. Our classes are designed to benefit the beginner as well as the professional.
